Situated 35 minutes from Toulouse, in an historical place, (13th century), we offer you a warm and friendly welcome.

A characteristic home awarded 4 star gradings. The house itself has been carefully restored to preserve its radiance and authenticity.

Detached residence with its own garden and access and parking.

The house is complete with modern comforts and 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. You can choose between a double bed (180x200) or two twin beds (90x200). Additionally, there is a hideaway couch (140x190) in the living room, as well as a sofa bed (80x190).

The house, which dates back to the 13th century, lies on a hilltop once an old feudal system surrounded by a park of green. The park makes up part of a 5 hectares estate of which 3 are wooded.

The swimming pool is 12m x 6m, with jet stream, certified for safety and shared with owners.

The estate lies in the hills 5km from Lavaur, a small town of 10,000 where you can pick up necessities.
