This apartment is situated in a highly regarded residential area of Villamartin surrounded with a challenging 18-hole golf course near by.

Ground floor apartment, one double bedroom with wardrobes, draw space and ceiling fanlights. Lounge is fitted with 44" TV, DVD player and Xbox consol (films and games available) double sofabed and settee. The main bathroom has a power shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, hot griddle, electric kettle and toaster. All cutlery is included, other equipment provided includes a hairdryer and steam iron and ironing board and laundry service is available.   A separate secured garden for your own use with barbeque area. Has a large communal swimming pool and children's pool.

The apartment is within short distance of Villamartin Plaza that offers a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. In this tropical setting you can have an enjoyable night out in the open air. Sitting in Villamartin Plaza beneath the palm trees you can enjoy taking in the sights, admiring the exotic flowers or watching the native green parrots.

Apartment details:
The Living Room:  This room is stylishly furnished with a large and comfortable sofa-bed & leather settee, 44" TV, Xbox consol/DVD and coffee table. The patio doors leading out to the garden with barbeque area.

Master Bedroom: This bright and airy room is furnished to the highest standard with double bed, pine chest of drawers and spacious pine wardrobe. Bedside lamps and bedside draws. A safe is installed at no extra cost.

Kitchen:  The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. Included are cooking facility, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, hot griddle and a sandwich maker. Laundry service is available ask for details.
Bathroom:  The lovely, light and modern bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size power shower, basin and toilet

Garden:  The garden has a patio table with a large umbrella for protection, barbeque and two sun lounges for sun bathing.

You can even take a table upstairs for an even better view. Most of the bars, restaurants and shops in this impressive centre of attraction are open all year round. Villamartin Plaza also has a number of fashion and golf shops, hairdressers, bank (with Cash point), health centre and supermarket.

Torrevieja is a bustling coastal town of an old fishing town with it's own harbour and fishing fleet is busy all year round. This is one of the fastest expanding towns in the whole of Spain, you'll find no high-rise skyscrapers or package holiday hotels, because Torrevieja has learned a few lessons from places like Benidorm, Torrevieja is orientated towards families and couples, you'll find no nighttime trouble with lager louts etc. You will find lots of shops, great restaurants, and a large selection of bars and nightlife.

Wander along the beautiful new Promenade of Torrevieja and enjoy the atmosphere of the evening craft market or sit at one of the pavement cafes and watch the world go by. The Friday market is one of the largest in Europe and you will find everything here from genuine Spanish handicrafts, to low price leather goods, shoes, textiles, silver and a huge variety of fresh local produce.

Sports
Perfect weather on the Costa Blanca ensures year round golf (see golf page) and other sports, including tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, go-karts, bowling greens even hot air ballooning! Torrevieja boasts probably the biggest marina in Spain (and many smaller marinas including Campoamor & Cabo Roig) take a boat trip, ideal for all the boating holiday enthusiasts, or there is a funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer.

Golfing Information:

There are 5 Spanish golf courses in the area, Villamartin Golf Course, Las Ramblas Golf, Campoamor Golf Course & La Finca plus Altorreal in Murcia. Villamartin, one of the best (golf) courses in Spain, probably the best in this region and also hosted the Spanish Open.

Villamartin Golf Course: known as the millionaire’s playground and has previously hosted the Mediterranean Open, and is probably the best known course in the area. It is a medium-difficulty course; the place oozes class as soon as you wander through the entrance gardens complete with fountain and statue of an angelic lady golfer. You won't be disappointed by the 18 hole, 6037 metre and par 72 course either.

Campoamor  Golf Club: In two valleys with magnificent views, the course is great for very big hitters the front nine at Campoamor are fairly open, but fast, well protected greens are just waiting to catch the unwary. The back nine holes are an altogether more demanding proposition as they wind down through the steep sided hills. It has the longest par 3 of any course in the area, and is located amongst the Orange Groves.

Las Ramblas Golf Course: Owned by Villa Martin and is known as Villa Martin II, but it offers a very different golfing experience. The incredible water hazards - the Ramblas - which make this (golf) course different from others in the area. This is an outstanding, undulating course in a dramatic, contrasting landscape. One minute you're trying to steer clear of trees and shrubbery and the next you're battling to avoid barren rock outcrops.

La Finca Golf Course is a par 72 and was built to welcome high-level tournaments; Several lakes with running water and reed beds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game, and have made the course the home of a wide variety of migratory water birds, such as ducks and egrets, while the interior of the course is home to olive and palm trees, thus creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavor. Fantastic greens, quite long, with water everywhere.

Altorreal Golf Course: Set amongst 20.000 trees and a few lakes at 6.239 meters long." Situated in the hills above the city of Murcia and proving to be increasingly popular with our clients, the Dave Thomas designed course is notable for it´s strategic use of water, which comes into play particularly on the 9th and 18th holes. A challenging course for players of all abilities.
